Payments can be declined for a number of reasons, before contacting our customer service team, please make sure to check the following to ensure that the information you entered is correct:

• The correct security number and expiration date have been entered.

• If you are still having problems, please try another payment method or contact our customer service team for assistance.

Orders may be subject to payment verification. To protect our customers, we want to ensure that every order we ship is authorized by the card holder. If your order is placed on hold, we will contact you immediately to ensure there is minimal delay.
Prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD), but US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), and British Pounds (GBP) are also available as payment currencies. Prices are subject to change without notice. By placing an order through the website, you agree to purchase the goods at the prices shown on the website, which include all Goods and Services Tax (GST) and shipping costs. Advertised prices do not include shipping costs.
If the goods are not priced in Australian Dollars, the final price will be calculated based on the applicable exchange rate on the date the transaction is processed by the issuing bank. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between the estimated price displayed on the website and the actual price of the goods determined by your supplier or the exchange rate used.
Brioris is happy to price match with authorized retailers within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
• The item must be available on the competitor’s site in at least one size.
• The item must be the same style/color.
• Final Sale – If the competitor’s site lists the item as Final Sale, we will match this.
• Price matching is limited to no more than two items of the same item. More than two will be considered a wholesale quantity and we will not be able to honor the price match.
International orders may incur duties and taxes when the package reaches the destination country. International duties and taxes are not displayed on the payment page during checkout when the order is processed. Please note that these duties and taxes are not refundable if you return your order.
Brioris is not responsible for any actions, fees or delays caused by these customs processes which are beyond our control. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information on possible duties and taxes.

Sorry. We are currently unable to ship to APO or Military FPO/DPO addresses.
Can I Change My Order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the items in an order once it has been placed. However, we can cancel an order at any time before it ships. You can then place a new order for the correct product.
I Did Not Receive An Invoice For My Order. Where Can I Find It?
As we are paperless, we do not include an invoice with our packages. However, you can find it in your Brioris account:
•Log in to your account
•Click on your name in the top right corner
•Click on “My Orders”
•Select your order number
•Click on View Invoice on the right
If you do not have a Brioris account and would like an invoice, please contact our Customer Service Team.
When Will My Order Ship?
All orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of order placement. (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Possible Delays
We do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that we only receive estimated delivery dates from the carriers. In rare cases, these packages may be delivered outside of the estimated time frame.
How Do I Track My Package?
If you have selected a trackable shipping option, please follow the steps below to track your package:
•Log in to your account
•Click your name in the upper right corner
•Click “My Orders”
•Click “Order Details” for the order you want to track
•Find your item and click “Track Item” under the “Action” column.
Or open your mailbox and find the shipping email we sent you, which also contains our shipping number and tracking website!
Why Is My Package Still Not Trackable?
If you recently received a tracking number, it may take up to 24 hours for the courier to update the tracking information.
What If My Package Is Lost Or Stolen?
If the unfortunate situation occurs and you cannot find your package that the courier has marked as delivered, please wait 24 hours in case the package was marked too early but is still waiting to be delivered. We are obliged to wait 24 hours for the carrier. If you still cannot find your package after 24 hours of delivery, please contact us at: [email protected] for assistance.
Order Cancellation
Sometimes, orders or parts of orders are cancelled by our system for various reasons, such as:
• Item unavailable
• Difficulty processing your payment information
• Unable to ship to the address provided
• Duplicate order
If we cancel your order, you will receive an immediate refund and an email confirmation informing you of the cancellation.
