We understand that the item you purchased may not be what you were looking for. You may return your item for a refund or exchange within 20 days of delivery if it is unused and has the original tags attached.

HOW DO I RETURN

RETURN REQUEST

Send us a return request with the order number, reason for return, photos of the item, and other necessary information.

GET RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Once your request is approved, we will email you a return authorization number.

REPACK YOUR ITEMS

Reseal your package (preferably the original delivery box). Please take good care of the item to prevent damage during shipping.

SHIP BACK THE ITEMS

Ship the item back to the address we provided and include the return authorization number in the package.

We’re sorry that things didn’t work out for you, but here’s the good news: You have 20 days from the date of delivery to return the item.

Here are the details:

– The item is in original, saleable condition.

– All labels must be attached to the product, including care instructions/size labels and barcode labels.

– Items must be unworn and unwashed.

– Sale items are non-refundable.

If you are unable to comply with these requirements, Brioris reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund due to a change of mind.

Once we receive your return, our team will contact you within 2 business days.
Depending on your financial institution, your refund may take 4 working days to process.
Refunds will only be processed through your original payment method.
If you have not received your refund or credit within 14 days, please contact us.

More than 20 days? Unfortunately, you can no longer return an item for a refund or exchange.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty (defective/damaged/wrong).

Firstly, we are sorry that you received a faulty product, rest assured that you will be entitled to a full refund via your payment method, as well as free return shipping.

We only accept manufacturing defects, which are defects that were created during the production process and are present at the time of receipt. Examples of manufacturing defects are: a pocket is not present, zipper is not sewn, lining has been sewn together.

The following listed cases are not considered defects and therefore are not eligible for return/exchange.

– Due to mass production, the measurement value varies by 0.25” – 0.75”.
– Due to strong lighting at the photo shooting site / inevitable differences in PC resolution, the color of the item will vary slightly.
– Minor stains on the lining / printing anomalies in digital printing.
– Items with minor flaws, such as creases, loose threads, small threads, minor stains within 1cm.
– Defects that do not affect the overall appearance or function of the item.
– Defects caused by washing or handling by the customer.
– Print position changes / white lines on the fabric.

Unfortunately, if your package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse! For health and safety reasons, we now offer safe delivery by default. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package will be delivered to a safe place. If there is no safe place, we will reschedule the delivery. Please make sure your contact details and address are accurate and keep your phone open during the re-delivery period. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact customer service in time for further assistance.

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to combine multiple orders into a single package. When we submit a return in our system, a unique return authorization number is generated for the items in that order.

Because our return process is automated, if you return multiple orders using one RMA number, the refund you receive will be limited to the items associated with that RMA number. To ensure that you receive a refund for all returned merchandise, be sure to use the RMA number associated with your order.
