Shipping Policy

By completing payment and confirming your order, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding order shipping and delivery: • All orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays) • During peak sales seasons, delays may occur due to high order volumes • Orders placed after 1pm PST will be processed the next day (Monday to Friday). • International customers must be aware of possible customs and duty charges incurred in your country.

General Shipping Information

Working days do not include public holidays. Please allow an extra day for each public or national holiday.

We do not normally work on weekends, so please allow an extra day for delivery for orders placed on weekends or Mondays using standard delivery methods.

During our sales periods, there may be delays of up to 2 days.

All international orders are subject to duties and taxes imposed by the importing country. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you are subject to duties/taxes. Duties will be determined by the importing country based on the value of the product when your order arrives.

These charges are not included in your Brioris order and/or shipping total. Brioris is not responsible for duties incurred on discounted, promoted or gifted items. All charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. By placing an order, you authorize Brioris to import your products on your behalf and agree that Brioris may commission a third party to import your products.

If the customer refuses to pay duties and taxes, the package will be returned to us and the customer must pay the full amount of the original shipping cost and a standard return fee (depending on the individual country).

Order Information

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your shipment on the carrier platform. If you have a Brioris account, you can track all your orders by logging into your account.

You can change your shipping address before Brioris ships your order. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Change Address”.

To ensure timely delivery, your order may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses based on inventory availability. In some cases, items may be shipped separately if they are not all available at the same location. If you have received your order but notice an item is missing, it is likely part of a split shipment. You should have received a notification email about the split shipment after your purchase. Please check your inbox for further details.

 

Common Problem

Yes, you need to write to us to inform us of the delayed delivery date and we will make the necessary arrangements. Please send an email to [email protected].

If you are not at home when the order is delivered, the courier will leave you a reminder note with their contact information. You can also call the courier directly and provide them with the order tracking number to arrange the delivery date.

If the delivery fails, you can reschedule another delivery. After two failed deliveries, the package will be returned to us and the customer will be charged again for the re-delivery.

This depends on your delivery area and the shipping method selected. We will send you an email with the courier information when the order leaves our warehouse.

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Of course, you can return it to us after receiving the goods, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs! If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, please reply to us after receiving our confirmation email after placing the order to avoid causing you any inconvenience!
